I participate in "Indoor Ironman Challenge" organized by my lovely gym - NWFitness. Here's the rundown - between 10/16-11/17, we will need to complete:

1. Stair Climber - 2.4 Miles

2. Bike/Row - 112 Miles

3. Treadmill/Elliptical - 26.2 Miles
